We Walk by Faith - 2 Corinthians 5:7
St. Clement of Rome School (SCR) opened in 1968 under the guidance of the Presentation Sisters. SCR was the first elementary school accredited within the Archdiocese of New Orleans. SCR remains accredited by Cognia.
The school is centrally located on the east bank of Jefferson Parish and serves families with children in PK2 through 7th grade.
From our challenging curriculum, our alumni have been awarded many scholarships and achieved valedictorian, salutatorian, and honor status in their high schools of choice. SCR is also known for its exceptional and widely honored band and choir curriculum.
The mission of St. Clement of Rome School is to guide and nurture children spiritually, academically, emotionally, physically, aesthetically and socially in order to prepare them to function as productive and responsible Catholic Christians in today’s society.
